A green Ford Fiesta registration R392 UNJ is of
interest to the Police in connection with theft from a car in Appleby Magna on
14.11.08. The car is also thought to be involved with a number of incidents with
parked cars, particularly in beauty spots and picnic areas, in the area. Any
sightings would be appreciated.

Morning,
Yesterday being Friday 14th November 08 at about 1540 hours a Black Nissan 4 x 4 motor vehicle was broken into on Top Street , Appleby Magna whilst the occupant was collecting her child from school. It is reported that two males were seen looking into vehicle’s prior to the incident and they fled the scene in what is described as a blue / purple coloured Ford Fiesta either P or R registration travelling into the village. Driver is described as a white female with long dark hair, possibly another female occupant and the two male offenders who are also described as white males, gaunt looking.
