About Snarestone and this site

Snarestone is small village situated between Ashby de-la-Zouch and Twycross, North West Leicestershire, in the East Midlands of England. It has a Church, a Primary School, two Public Houses, a Blacksmiths, a farm shop and is currently also the terminus of the Ashby Canal.

This site is produced and maintained by the villagers of Snarestone. It is a non-profit making site, funded primarily by the Parish Council, and has been developed for the use of the villagers, visitors to Snarestone or anyone else who has an interest in the village.
